Registration has now begun for our Fall 2012 wine and cuisine tours. The wine tour begins with Mt. Etna, one of the most exciting emerging wine regions in the world. We’ve added some spectacular new vineyards to our itinerary, and in between wine tastings, we’ll visit nearby archeological sites, enjoy some cooking classes, and best of all, experience the vendemmia, the grape harvest, during our stay at organic working farms.

 

The Fall 2012 Cuisine & Culture tour lets you experience Sicily "off the beaten path". This small group culinary and wine adventure encompasses cooking classes, cultural sites, working estate farms and world class wines. We begin in the western part of Sicily, which is heavily influenced by North African-Arab culture, and finish up in lovely Siracusa, founded by the Corinthians in 733 BC.
